The World English Bible is available for public and commercial use. This lets the site display Scripture without depending on a paid API or reproducing a copyrighted translation without permission.

This project does not intentionally alter the Scripture text. Presentation changes such as punctuation spacing and paragraph formatting may be used for readability.
